1. Driver Requirements

  • Minimum age: 21 years (25+ for premium models)

  • Valid UAE driving license or International Driving Permit

  • Passport or Emirates ID required for verification

2. Rental Duration

  • Minimum rental: 1 day (24 hours)

  • Late returns may incur additional charges

  • Early returns are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

3. Mileage Policy

  • Daily mileage limit: 250 km (unless stated otherwise)

  • Extra kilometers will be charged at the rate mentioned in your rental agreement

4. Security Deposit

  • A refundable deposit is required, starting from AED 3,000

  • Deposits are held on a credit card and refunded within 21–30 working days after vehicle return (subject to fines or damages)

5. Insurance Coverage

  • All vehicles come with basic insurance

  • Optional full coverage available at additional cost

  • The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance

6. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned the same

  • A fuel charge applies if the car is returned with less fuel

7. Delivery & Pickup

  • Free delivery and pickup in Dubai city limits for bookings over 2 days

  • Extra charges apply for other Emirates or airport delivery

8. Prohibited Uses

  • Off-road driving, racing, drifting, or reckless use is strictly prohibited

  • Vehicles are not allowed to be taken outside the UAE

9. Traffic Violations

  • All Salik (toll) and traffic fines during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter

10. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance

  • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable
